| Vicious Cycle Software establishes Monkey Bar Games Vicious Cycle Software, Inc. establishes their new division, Monkey Bar Games. The primary focus of the Monkey Bar Games division is to develop games based on popular mass-market licenses, providing new ways for people of all ages to connect with their favorite characters. The first Monkey Bar Games title is Dora the Explorer: Journey to the Purple Planet, based on the #1 preschool show, Dora the Explorer, that airs on Nickelodeon. Published by Global Star Software the game was released in October for the PlayStation2 computer entertainment system and Nintendo GameCube. The division's next title is an action-adventure game based on the Universal Pictures and Imagine Entertainment's animated feature film Curious George. Scheduled for a February, 2006 release to coincide with the release of the film, Curious George will be published by Namco Hometek Inc., in partnership with Universal Studios Consumer Products Group, for PlayStation2, Xbox, Nintendo GameCube, and the PC.
