| Fifty greatest games of all time Greatest50games.com announces the launch of an annual search to find the fifty greatest games of all time, an online poll designed to gather the opinions of the most important players in the videogames industry today; the gamer. Each year the service will run for two months from November to January in an effort to gauge the great from the good. Supported by some of the industry's leading players with coverage spanning online, print and the increasingly popular podcasting phenomenon, the next two months will see the crowning of a new champion; a people's champion. With the success of events such as The Golden Joystick awards stepping into the spotlight, greatest50games.com presents a more consumer friendly approach, allowing a user to vote for his or her greatest game online. Voting is open now athttp://www.greatest50games.comand it really couldn't be simpler. Pick your game from the assembled list of past votes, or add your own favourite. Then, we'll keep you informed on exactly how your game is doing each week. The poll is open for a full two months from 1st November until 31st December 2005 when a final count will be taken and the inaugural G50 announced.
