| KOCH Media announces agreement for Panzer Elite Action KOCH Media announces that a further co-publishing deal has been signed with JoWooD Productions Software for the multi-platform title Panzer Elite Action, in addition to the contracts already signed for the games Gothic 3, SpellForce 2 and The Guild 2. As before, KOCH Media has been acknowledged the exclusive licensing and distribution rights for Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the UK and Italy. All titles will therefore be published under both the Deep Silver and the JoWooD label. Panzer Elite Action is being developed for the platforms PC and Xbox by the Slovenian company ZootFly; the PlayStation 2 version is being adapted by the French company Wizarbox.
