| Rob Herb Joins AGEIA Board of Directors AGEIA Technologies, Inc., the pioneer in hardware-accelerated physics for games, announced that Rob Herb has joined the AGEIA board of directors, effective immediately. Mr. Herb is a managing director at BA Venture Partners (BAVP), a leading Silicon Valley venture firm. His broad expertise in semiconductors and components for consumer electronics will provide invaluable assistance to AGEIA as the company approaches the launch of its first product, the AGEIA PhysX processor. Before joining BAVP in 2005, Rob Herb spent more than 20 years at AMD in a number of sales, marketing and general management positions. In the last four years of his tenure at AMD, Herb served as executive vice president and chief marketing officer, working in the office of the CEO. In that capacity he led the worldwide sales and marketing team and directed AMD's go-to-market strategy across all product lines.
