First Day Cover

Trakai History Museum was established in 1948 in the former historical capital of Lithuania – Trakai. The Museum has Island and Peninsula Castles in Trakai and Medininkai Castle. The expositions of the Museum, housed in Island and Peninsula Castles, cover China blue, glass, pipe, stamp and other collections as well as coin treasures. Separate themes are revealed in Karaim Ethnographic Exhibition and Sacral Art Exposition.
