From 21 to 24 November 2019, in Europe's largest region for water sports, Boat & Fun Berlin will be presenting everything that fascinates water sports enthusiasts. Together with Motorworld Classics Berlin, which for the first time is taking place parallel with Boat & Fun Berlin, the fair will open with the Gala Night of the Boats and Classic Cars on 20 November 2019. This year, visitors to Boat & Fun can look forward to wide-ranging displays on an area covering around 85,000 square metres. Products will range from luxurious motorboats and spectacular sailing yachts to modern houseboats, and offer a comprehensive overview of the market. There will also be a section featuring high-quality accessories and a fun area for professionals, newcomers and families. Boat & Fun Berlin is a very special boating and leisure exhibition with the right model for every boating enthusiast and anyone aspiring to become one.

Motor yachts in hub27, the new event hall
This year, premium-class motorboats and sailing yachts will be occupying a special venue – hub27, the new event hall of Messe Berlin. Covering just under 10,000 square metres, this multi-purpose hall is just the right setting for these prestigious exhibits: Visitors will be able to see luxury makes including Beneteau, Cranchi, Delphia, Fjord, Galeon, Invictus, Jeanneau, Marex, Prestige, Sealine and many others at the event.

New circuit of the grounds for a better show experience
The circuit of the grounds at the boating and leisure exhibition has been redesigned for this year's event. The distances between halls are especially short, so that visitors can get an even better overview of the individual boat sections. Boat & Fun Berlin is an end-of-season event for water sports enthusiasts to enjoy, where they can find out about the latest trends or buy a new boat for next year's season.

Setting sail in November
Hall 25 is the place to head for every sailing enthusiast at Boat & Fun Berlin. An impressive jetty where visitors can find boats in a setting similar to a harbour provides an overview of the latest sailing boats and yachts, including from Aira Boats, Beneteau, Bente Yachts, Germanboats, Haber Yachts, Karuboats, Maxus, Sunbeam and other brands. Inside the hall a large range of sailing equipment and accessories will be available for purchase. This year, virtual reality sailing will be the latest in Berlin, and together with Agentur blanx, the publisher SVG-Verlag will be demonstrating a virtual sailing environment. Melwin Fink, the youngest German participant in the Mini Transat 2021, will represent real-life sailing, and together with his boat Classe MINI will be on hand in the Sailing Hall to meet visitors.

Boating associations: demonstrations and interactive displays
25 boating associations will be represented at Boat & Fun Berlin 2019 – a large number rarely seen at trade shows. The various associations will display their respective boat classes and provide information, giving visitors an excellent opportunity to view and compare different boat classes in a single hall.

Visitors can try out water sports
Boat & Fun Berlin is more than just viewing and admiring exhibits. At the show visitors can try out water sports right on the grounds. Popular sports and traditional water sports can be tried out in an event pool. Those interested in stand up paddleboarding can experience the fascination this sport exerts in a test pool in Hall 4 and in a separate SUP pool in Hall 3. Underwater enthusiasts will be able to practise scuba diving in a deep-diving container. Those who prefer to stay on land can try their skills on a motorboat and sailing boat simulator. With its speedboat simulator, the stand of Deutscher Motoryachtverband e.V. will be featuring a special highlight for experienced and inexperienced motorboat enthusiasts alike. And lastly, the Trau Dich! campaign will be offering special activities for children.

Full range of products for anglers
At the AnglerWorld Berlin and AngelBoot Berlin, sports anglers and hobby anglers will be able to buy high-quality brand products, meet angling celebrities and find the right boat for their fishing trip. For visitors, the wide range of products and the opportunity to visit live shows, workshops, lectures and exchange information with international angling celebrities makes the AnglerWorld Berlin one of Germany's most colourful trade fairs on the topic of predatory fish. Covering three halls, the AnglerWorld Berlin and AngelBoot Berlin is the place where sports anglers and hobby anglers will be able to meet.

Mobile on land and water: the best of both worlds
This year, visitors will be able to witness a unique experience, with classic automobiles and boats on display in adjacent halls. The combination of Boat & Fun and Motorworld Classics Berlin will bring the experience of travelling on roads and waterways even closer together, with visitors able to admire high-class wood panelling, shiny car paintwork and polished chrome.
