The inspiration for the elaborately adorned jackets, clothing items and coats of Sing Sale Pro from Estonia comes from ethnic costume designs. These can also be worn with modern outfits. The Art Design studio of Lena Lukjanova in Ludwigsfelde makes unconventional clothing items, including elegant, hand-knitted large jumpers and coats made from mohair, bouclé, highest-quality alpaca and merino wool. Leather goods and designer items from Uruguay Zero waste and exclusive designs are what characterise the hand-woven rugs and pouffes from linen and cotton waste marketed by ArGaumi from Latvia. At Bazaar Berlin Prof. Hamdi Ünal, an artist from Turkey, will be showing his latest artwork, which is incorporated into some 200 carpet designs of varying sizes. The items made by Talabarteria Basso from Uruguay feature straightforward, clear lines and no-frills designs. They also reflect traditional craftsmanship, as can be seen from the belts, boots and booties on show at Bazaar Berlin. Carlos Clavelli, an artist and craftsman from Uruguay who also comes from Montevideo combines wood with other local materials such as wool, leather and felt in their original colours to make designer articles.
