| Tasting set of Michelin chef from France  Culinary art of the Alsace region (France) will be presented in November, as part of a gastronomic tour, by French chef Thierry Schwartz.Mr. Schwartz first became famous when he started to work as a chef at the restaurant La Taverne du mont d'Arbois and became an adviser at the hotel complex Domain du Mont d'Arbois, which are parts of the world-famous Rothschild empire. His skills were noted in 2003 and awarded with one star of the most authoritative Michelin Guide, one star of Bottin Gourmand Guide and the reward of Avenir de la Haute Cuisine ("Best vision of haute cuisine") from Le Chef magazine. Thierri Schwartz is a member of the Federation of Château et Hôtel Collection, which is headed by the famous French chef Alain Ducasse and Thierry Schwartz's own restaurant - Le Bistro des Saveurs in Obernai (Alsace region) is included into the top nine French restaurants according to the newspaper Le Figaro.
