Expolingua Berlin is celebrating its silver anniversary

Expolingua Berlin, the International Fair for Languages and Cultures, is taking place for the twenty-fifth time this year. From October 26th to 28th, 2012, visitors and exhibitors are invited to celebrate the language fair's 25th anniversary. The anniversary exhibition will focus on effective and enjoyable techniques for foreign language acquisition, and it will include numerous interactive events and a varied cultural programme. Over 180 exhibitors from 25 countries will offer visitors detailed information and advice on language learning and teaching. Expolingua Berlin will be held at the "Russisches Haus der Wissenschaft und Kultur, " a venue in Berlin's city centre.

Those exhibiting at Germany's leading fair for languages and cultures include language schools from Germany and abroad, language travel agencies and exchange organisations as well as embassies and cultural institutes. There will be a comprehensive seminar programme with sessions open to all visitors. Language experts will provide visitors with information on language tests, quality criteria, language study trips, learning methods, exchange programmes and career opportunities for foreign language learners. Visitors can also try their hand at new languages in mini language courses.

Expolingua Berlin is oriented towards school pupils, students, trainees and people in employment who wish to improve their language skills, as well as teachers, lecturers, interpreters, translators and anyone interested in language and culture.
