| TrendSet Winter to showcase trends for spring and summer 2012 From 6 to 8 January 2012, major brand-name manufacturers, wholesalers, and importers, as well as niche suppliers and newcomers are again gathe-ring at TrendSet – 99th International Trade Fair for Living, Dining, Lifestyle in Munich, Germany. They are showcasing the trends for spring and summer 2012 from ten living and lifestyle product categories to an expected 35,000 visitors from Germany, Austria, Switzerland, northern Italy, and neighbouring eastern EU member states. As the largest and most successful exhibition of its kind in the southern German-speaking region, TrendSet semiannually regularly presents to international attendees over 2,300 exhibited brands, lines, and designs in the product categories home accessories, kitchen and dining, tabletop, office, paper and stationery, wellness, garden accessories and floral products, and jewellery. Exhibitors and visitors alike value the relaxed ordering atmosphere and professional show concept at TrendSet as well as the easy orientation provided by the ten living and lifestyle product categories. These are now exhibited throughout nine large halls with almost 100, 000 square metres of exhibition space in one of Germany's most modern trade fair centres. Newcomers at a glance More and more entrepreneurs and newcomers to the industry are taking advantage of TrendSet to introduce themselves and their products to an international audience and to make key contacts. To offer these new companies and their products an optimal presentation platform, in July 2011 TrendSet offered the Newcomer Area for the first time. The Newcomer Area enables buyers and the press to find new companies at the fair, ensuring that newcomers are not just lost in the crowd. Owing to the consistently positive feedback, the Newcomer Area is expected to be an integral part of TrendSet. In January, 30 companies new to the industry will debut themselves and their novelties. "Reduce to the max!" and "Back to the roots!" These two slogans continue to characterize the trend in our homes. Colours and patterns remain simple, reduced, and timeless. A casual naturalness provides calm, quiet, and relaxation. Classic motifs and patters such as checks and stripes in delicate pastel tones or clear colours adorn the restrained, mostly white surfaces and suggest a feeling of security and well-being through an additional used look or a touch of country. However, in spite of all the simplicity, a dash of humour is not neglected, with cheerful animal motifs mainly for Easter, or witty but practical helpers for the office or kitchen. write your comments about the article :: © 2011 Exhibition News :: home page |
