| ISH China to become Asia's biggest trade fair for the industry Messe Frankfurt is strengthening its position in the Asian market. The merger of ISH China with the China International Heating, Ventilation & Air-conditioning Expo (CIHE) that has just been agreed will give rise to an annual event that is Asia's biggest trade fair for the sanitary, heating and air-conditioning sector. The first joint event of ISH China and CIHE will be held at the China International Exhibition Centre in Beijing from 3 to 5 March 2011. More than 700 exhibitors spread over 11 exhibition halls and more than 25,000 visitors are expected to take part in this debut event. By comparison, over 300 manufacturers exhibited their new products and innovations at ISH China 2010, attracting some 15,000 visitors in all. The merger of the two events will be of equal benefit to exhibitors and visitors alike. For the first time, companies that previously had to exhibit at different fairs will be able to make their presentations on the same platform. As a result, visitors will benefit from an extended range of products and services on show and find everything relating to the worlds of plumbing, heating and air-conditioning at the same place and time.
