| It is necessary to acquaint customers with proper wines The idea to unite within the restaurant the concept of the tasting bar, wine bar and wine club is successfully implemented in a Moscow restaurant "Le Sommelier - Pinot Noir", which at the moment is the only one wine-tasting area, accessible not only for professionals but also for a wide range of wine lovers. It offers to its customers more than 88 kinds of wines by the glass from the collection "Le Sommelier - Pinot Noir", each of which it is possible to try. What is more, the wines can be tasted in small portions (25, 35 and 150 ml), which allows visitors to choose their own wines for the dishes offered by the brilliant chef Gabriel Algarin, whose every dish from the menu appears exceptional tandem to drinks from the wine list. Thanks to the Enomatiс unique portion control equipment it is possible to save the original quality of the wine in the already opened bottles. Enomatic automatically regulates the necessary temperature and the flavors and characteristics of the wine remain intact within a month. This system allows the use of personal tasting cards, with the help of which the guests can fill their own glasses, taste offered wines and choose the most interesting ones in taste, color and aroma. After visiting "Le Sommelier - Pinot Noir" and getting acquainted with the new concept of wine selection, offered to its customers, the president of the Asti Group Exhibition Company Nariner Bagmanyan has noted that the idea to acquaint buyers with qualitative grape wines has long been in the air in Moscow. Arthur Sarkisyan, the President of Union of sommeliers and experts of Russia, implemented this idea, opening Russia's first wine restaurant "Le Sommelier - Pinot Noir". The Union of winegrowers and winemakers of Russia jointly with the Asti Group Exhibition Company chose the other way and came to the idea of a reference book - a guide to quality grape wines on the Russian consumer market, not only on the shelves of Russian stores but also on the menu of Russian restaurants. The idea of "Buyers' Guide" edition was supported by almost all major producers and distributors of the quality wines, available on the Russian market. Final selection tasting of the submitted samples will be held in November 2010 at the International Exhibition "Drinks Industry / Russian Wine Fair 2010". The jury will include oenologists, experts of industry and research institutions, international wine experts, representatives of independent media and wine connoisseurs from among the political and cultural elite of Russia. write your comments about the article :: © 2010 Exhibition News :: home page |
