| Industry heavy-weight hosts master class at The Restaurant Show Meritxell Falgueras Febrer, the award winning sommelier from Spain has just signed up to host an all-inspiring master class in the Drinks Quarter on Wednesday 13th October. This latest news from The Restaurant Show reinforces its position as the leading trade event for the dining pub, restaurant and bar sectors and certainly one which shouldn't be missed off this year's calendar. The master class will feature a series of beer and food matching sessions that will showcase the great potential of Inedit Damm Beer (The Dining Beer). Joining Meritxell in the exceptional line-up of experts participating in talks and demonstrations in the Drinks Quarter event include; Xavier Rousset, the youngest person to win UK Sommelier of the Year; Akos Hervai - Clusters to Wine - will run a master class in Wine Service Techniques and Etiquette; Lucy Clements will be talking 'Bubble Bath', tapping into the world of sparkling wines and champagnes; Andrija Kljajic, bar manager of Benares, will share her experience and expertise on Cocktails and Food Matching; while Elaine Taylor will talk about the explosion of Rose in the UK.
