| Russian Bar Fair The International Exhibition Russian Bar Fair 2010 will be held from 18th to 20th November 2010 at the Crocus Expo in Moscow. The event is hosted by the Bartenders Association of Russia together in partnership with the Asti Group Exhibition Company. The exhibition will feature strong alcoholic drinks, coffee and coffee machines, soft drinks as well as tools, utensils, serving items and equipment, furniture for bars and restaurants, cigars and hookahs. The target visitor's audience will be represented by owners, managing directors and managers of bars and restaurants, experts in the field of alcoholic beverages, bartenders, baristas, retailer's representatives, owners of boutiques, VIP Persons. The exhibition will be comprised of the business meetings, bringing together officials from B.A.R., observers and candidates from 60 largest cities of Russia, which have a great influence on the development of HoReCA in the regions. Most of them have their own training centers, restaurants and bars, and have an experience in organising of various events such as competitions, master classes and staff-parties. They also carry out extensive activities to improve the culture of drinking and to raise the professional level of the personnel employed in the restaurant business. While visiting the exhibition, owners of bars and restaurants, pubs and nightclubs, as well as the novice restaurateurs, bartenders and businessmen will be able not only to plunge immediately into the flow of business information but also to enjoy the atmosphere of the celebration, to appreciate the work of professional bartenders, learn about new tendencies and preferences of modern public as well as simply to have a good time watching the performance of commands of barmen from various cities of Russia. The main event of the cultural program of an exhibition will be the performance of the winner of All-Russia qualifying round of WCC 2010, who will be determined on the 2nd of September in Moscow. The winner will demonstrate his skills and will acquaint public with recipes of cocktails which he will present in the World championship – World Cocktail Competition (WCC) in Singapore on November, 22-27, 2010.
