| North West Conference & Awards North West 2010 Conference & Awards took place on February 11, 2010 at Manchester Central. This year the event has incorporated two great events in one day – the North West conference, shining the spotlight on the North West property market and culminating with the North West Property Awards highlighting outstanding performance in investment, innovation, management and development from across the region. The conference, chaired by Property Week's editor Giles Barrie, saw eighteen speakers take to the stage to debate the future for the property market in the North West region. The awards, attended by over 600 people, rewarded outstanding performance by individuals, teams and projects that have excelled in the North west region during past 12 months.
