| Expo Real extends subtitle  Starting in 2010 Expo Real has a new subtitle: 'International Trade Fair for Commercial Property and Investment'. The reference to 'investment' has been added in response to popular demand from the sector. It further highlights the profile of the trade fair as a platform in particular for investment locations and investors. Expo Real takes place this year in Munich for the thirteenth time. The dates are 4 to 6 October 2010.The latest survey of exhibitors and visitors, conducted at Expo Real 2009, also underlines this emphasis on investment, as reflected in the extended title. The five most important reasons for taking part, i.e. networking, making contact with decision-makers, seeking out potential customers, market orientation and presentation of projects – all pave the way for investment decisions.
