Interxion to sponsor TradeTech Architecture Summit

Interxion, a leading European operator of carrier-neutral data centres, announced its sponsorship of the third TradeTech Architecture Conference, taking place from the 9th to 11th of February 2010 at the America Square Conference Centre in London.

This year's conference will bring Europe's largest meeting of CIOs and CTOs from the capital markets together to take part in a series of interactive panel discussions and roundtables on the infrastructure behind high-frequency trading and execution. The topics will range from building scalable systems to latency-competitive connectivity issues.

As part of its support for the event, Interxion's Chief Marketing Officer Kevin Dean will be hosting the execution venue panel on 'Assessing Best Low-Latency Technologies and Achieving the Fastest Connection to Different Liquidity Pools'. The panel will be looking at the following themes: what's happening with exchange trading systems, how to transfer the cost of technology to profit, the pros and cons of gravitational effects of latency and energy, making technology easy to understand for stakeholders and also the best practice of organising a distributed EMS to support multiple colocation service and distributed algorithms.
