| The 32nd World Energy Engineering Congress  Set against the political backdrop of a changing U.S. energy efficiency & alternative energy policy, as well as the future of energy initiatives, energy security, cap and trade, and climate change strategies, the 32nd World Energy Engineering Congress (WEEC) is poised to be the largest gathering of energy efficiency and sustainable decision‐makers in the region. Starting on Wednesday, November 4th, 2009 the opening ceremonies will include keynote presenters featuring the Robert F.
