Natural Products Expo Asia 2009

Natural Products Expo Asia, the leading natural, organic and healthy products trade show in Asia continues to receive industry support from around the globe. Today, Natural Products New Zealand and Cosmetic, Toiletry and Fragrance Association add their endorsement to the event which will be held on August 27-29, 2009 at the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre. Southeast Asia holds a wealth of opportunities for New Zealand businesses representing a market of 566 million people and global trade of more than US$ 1,400 billion. The region is New Zealand's third largest export market and is one of its fastest growing regions for trade.

"Natural Products Expo Asia is a way for New Zealand businesses to access the Asian market and evaluate the trade potential. These businesses can react to natural health and beauty products at the expo and engage in one-on-one discussions with potential distributors, retailers and other industry members." Says John Banks, Administration Manager of the Cosmetic, Toiletry and Fragrance Association of New Zealand.

"The show provides a showcase for New Zealand companies to introduce their finished natural products to the developed market that is Hong Kong" commented Michelle Palmer, Executive Director of Natural Products New Zealand.

In its seventh year, Natural Products Expo Asia 2009 expects over 10, 000 industry professionals and offers exhibitors representing 13 countries gathered at the 3-day expo to showcase a comprehensive range of natural, organic and healthy products, and ingredients. Co-location conference, Nutracon Asia is a two-day conference for the health and nutrition industry focusing on the key issues in the development of supplements, healthy food and beverages, personal care, cosmetics / nutricosmetics and functional ingredients in Asia.
