| Dubai World Game Expo Partners With China Joy Dubai World Game Expo an event organized by Index Conferences and Exhibition and the China Digital Entertainment Expo Conference (China Joy) has announced their strategic partnership, which is aimed to attain the objectives of strengthening and promoting Dubai and China's emerging video game industry. The alliance also intends to leverage their combined experience across different sectors with parallel opportunities creating leads to business ventures. The biggest and the sole event for digital games in the Middle East the Dubai World Game Expo which is happening between 27th to the 29th ofOctober 2009 at the Dubai International Convention & Exhibition Centre. DWGE is designed to be another leading event in the likes of E3 of United States, Tokyo Game Show of Japan and China Joy of China. The inaugural's attracted more than 10,000 visitors from 44 countries uniquely split into 4, 677 trade visitors and 5,663 public visitors. Speaking in Game Expo's behalf, Index Holdings President Mr. Abdul Salam Al Madani, "We are delighted to establish a strategic partnership with China Joy and would also like to take this opportunity to thank the organizers who have established such a unique interactive platform for Digital Entertainment in China." Moving on its 7th year China Joy which is slated on the 23rd to the 26th of July 2009, focuses to strengthen domestic game supervision, actively regulate the markets of electronics and internet publications, rigorously fight against piracy in order to encourage and support legal game products, and establish a platform for comprehensive development of Chinese electronic products.
