| Natural Products Expo Asia 2009 Natural Products Expo Asia trade show, produced by New Hope Natural Media, a division of Penton Media, Inc., has been granted by the U.S. Department of Commerce a Trade Fair Certification, allowing U.S. natural, organic, and nutrition product manufacturers a venue to establish or expand outreach to international buyers and create strategic partners across Asia. The upcoming Natural Products Expo Asia event will be held August 27-29, 2009 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center. The Trade Fair Certification Program assists American companies in connecting with international business partners in the world's leading marketplaces. Commercial staff from the U.S. Consulate in Hong Kong will be present at the show to assist participating U.S. firms with their export needs and to help generate leads and facilitate contacts between U.S. exhibitors and trade visitors from throughout the greater Asia/Pacific region. The endorsement demonstrates recognition from the U.S. Department of Commerce on the capability and experience of Natural Products Expo Asia to create a first-rate event that meets the export objectives of U.S. companies. Since the shows debut, the U.S. pavilion has always been the largest country pavilion at Expo Asia and in 2009 is expected to feature natural and organic products from up to 50 exhibitors.
