| Industrial Automation Fair Guangzhou in March 2010 Four exhibition organisers from China and Germany have joined together to launch an exciting new show in China aimed at the industrial automation solutions sector. SPS – Industrial Automation Fair Guangzhou will make its debut during March 2010 in Guangzhou, China. It is organised by China Foreign Trade Guangzhou Exhibition Corporation, Guangzhou Guangya Messe Frankfurt Co Ltd, Guangzhou Overseas Trade Fairs Ltd and Mesago Messe Frankfurt GmbH. Sponsored by China Foreign Trade Centre (Group) and Messe Frankfurt Exhibition GmbH, the four-day SPS - Industrial Automation Fair Guangzhou will be held at the China Import and Export Fair Pazhou Complex, Guangzhou on 8 – 11 March 2010. This new event will replace the China (Guangzhou) International Factory Automation and Instrument Exhibition currently run by China Foreign Trade Guangzhou Exhibition Corporation and Guangzhou Overseas Trade Fairs Ltd, and it aims to become one of the world's leading trade platforms for the automation sectors. Mr Chen Chaoren, Vice General Manager of China Foreign Trade Centr (Group) said: "By combining our past experience and strong support from local associations and industry, with our international partners, the new show is set to become the prime-sourcing platform in China for manufacturers wanting industrial automation and intelligent motion solutions." Mr Stephan Buurma, Managing Director from Messe Frankfurt Asia Holding Ltd said that each partner brings a different strength to SPS – Industrial Automation Fair Guangzhou. "We now operate 25 events in mainland China and Hong Kong. In Guangzhou, we organise four very successful shows in home textile, electrical building, lighting and mold-making sectors.
