| RSA® Conference 2009 RSA Conference, the world's information security conferences and expositions, announced a specialт scholarship program for unemployed security practitioners. Designed for previous attendees who have recently found themselves unemployed, the program will award RSA Conference 2009 delegate passes to 25 individuals. The Conference takes place from April 20-24, 2009, at the Moscone Center in San Francisco. Criteria to receive a scholarship include: • Must be an information security professional (practitioner, security architect or similar role); • Must have attended the 2007 or 2008 RSA Conference as a full conference delegate; • Complete a 100 word explanation on "Why I need to attend RSA Conference 2009"; and • Complete a 50-75 word biography "Some of the most intelligent security minds have recently found themselves unemployed and we don't think they should be forced to play catch-up when the economy grows stronger and new opportunities arise, " said Sandra Toms LaPedis, Area Vice President and General Manager for RSA Conference.
