| Canada’s Biggest International Food Exhibition Opens Today The 6th edition of the SIAL Montréal International Food Exhibition opens today at the Palais des congrès de Montréal convention center. Throughout April 1st, 2nd and 3rd, the show will welcome 12,500 agri-food professionals from all over the globe. Some 520 companies from Canada, the U.S. and numerous other countries will be converging on the 200,000+ sq. ft. (18, 600 sq. m.) exhibition floor. SIAL Montréal is also the proud organizer of the biggest olive oil competition – "OLIVE D'OR". More than 100 olive oil producers from all over the world participating in one of the industry's foremost international competitions.
