| The International Exhibition For Specialized Mechanics Focus on the specialized mechanics that is again the protagonist in the 8th edition of MECSPE, the International exhibition organized by Senaf hosted in the pavilions of Fiere di Parma (Parma Fairground) from 19th to 21st March. An International showcase that for three days transforms Parma in the "Mechanics city" thanks to 42thousand square metres of the fair, where there are more than one thousand companies representing 15 Countries: from China to France, from Germany to India, from Hungary to Russia, from Spain to Korea. The exhibition highlights topical subjects, such as innovation and technological transfer through its seven trade shows at the same time - MECSPE, Eurostampi, Subfornitura, Control Italy, Motek Italy, Trattamenti e Finiture and Plastix Expo –, 19 Working Isles, 14 meetings, 15 miniconferences, 5 Excellence Squares and 36 associations and foundations that actively support the event. A review addressed to the manufacturing sector that with almost 730thousand companies registered in 2008 (about 12% of the Italian companies) is particularly important in the Italian economy. Also 2009 edition will show innovative contents and the minute details care, together with the typical exhibiting layout organized in thematic Avenues and Squares, that represent the strong spots of the event. This innovative exhibiting solution offers a double advantage: on the one hand garantees its exhibitors and their innovations the maximum visibility, on the other hand allows visitors an easier recognition of the areas. "Data of a recent research conducted on this sector on the occasion of MECSPE reveal that Italian mechanics and subsupply division is for the most part constituted by small and medium companies with an high talent for export that concerns almost one half of the companies - affirms Emilio Bianchi, Senaf manager – This year, as a matter of fact, thanks to the internationalization project supported by Regione Emilia-Romagna (Region) a delegation of buyers coming from Russia, China and India will be present at the fair, besides the habitual foreign visitors. One occasion more to open the doors to the Italian excellence and to underline the innovative ideas above all coming from the plurality of the product offer and technological transfer is realized at the fair.". Working Isles: real productive weaving factories Among the strong spots of this exhibition we point out 19 Working Isles, arouse from the experience of the historical Demonstrative Unit "From project to object". These are areas dedicated to the realization of manufactured products within a dynamic context where it is possible to see the machines "in action". The Working Isles collect in the same area all the companies that take part in the creation of a certain product, by recreating a full-blown productive weaving factory. Each machine is always "in action" to allow visitors to be present at each productive process phase and to recognize the best solutions for their business requirements. Working Isles, moreover, accomplish the important task to further the technological transfer that, apart from the produced object, can give indication about solutions suitable for the improvement of the productive efficiency in each single company. Working Isles are addressed to different sectors: from biomedical one, by showing the realization of complex products for spinal surgery operations, to energy one; from automotive to working of difficult materials such as titanium in racecar and aerospace division; from moulds creation to oil-pressure with the manufacturing of an hydraulic cursor. "Working Isles success – notices Emilio Bianchi – is represented by the chance to gather directly at the fair different company realities, by creating the occasion to develop sinergies and business nets, where each single skills and professional competences have to be shared to develop mutual projects. Thanks to this exhibiting organization, moreover, it is more instantaneous for businessmen to recognize processes and technological solutions that can be applied to their business". From project to object: design, functionality and cheapness By huge requests, also in 2009 will be presented again the Demonstrative Unit "From project to object", the traditional appointment hosted by Eurostampi trade show that underlines the link among design, innovation and technology. A first-rate event where the technical features connected to production embrace the aesthetic requests of the most innovative design for the realization of a common use product. This year the organizers challenge concerns the simplification of the realization phases of mould and moulding of a "clothes peg", planned and designed to be at the same time of pleasant design, practical use and low cost production. The clothes peg will be as a matter of fact "created" ex novo in plastic monomaterial (acetalyc resin) by injection moulding with a double extraction mould and will be very resistant to usury and corrosion. As traditionally, the clothes pegs produced during the exhibition will be distributed as gift to the visitors together with an elegant case, realized from the idea of a young designer coming from the artistic college "Lucio Fontana", in Rho, that allows to underline the complexity of the mould working. 2009 edition: Excellence Squares are a cut above "Excellence Squares" represent the absolute novelty of MECSPE new edition, where beginning from an end-product, for example a racing vehicle and an extra light aircraft, each excellence productive realities that allowed the realization are focused. Excellence Squares are therefore areas that allow to stand out value and precision of each single element and therefore each company that contribute to the realization of signed "Made in Italy" products. In the sphere of this first-rate showcase we point out: - "Racing vehicle Square", an area arouse with the technical-scientific support of "Assomotoracing": its protagonist are a car bodywork of "Dallara Automobili" company and all the productive realities that contributed to its realization. - "Ecomechanics Square", an area dedicated to recovery and recycling of metals got by post mechanical processes, where each visitor can test live the efficiency of a particular technology studied and realized to solve the problems of the compaction of burrs produced within the mechanical workings. - "Aerospace Square", an area that stands out the Italian excellence in this sector. Here will be placed an extra light aricraft of Fama' Elisport completely realized in carbon fibre. - "Quality Aluminium Square", a space completely dedicated to aluminium workings with focus on low environmental impact alloys. Here will be presented profiles realized in different sectors: from automotive to precision mechanical industry, from safety systems to oil-pressure and pneumatics. - "Plated in Italy Square", an initiative realized in collaboration with Ecometal that stands out partner companies that realize excellence treatments, in accordance with the stricter environmental rules in the world. "MECSPE 2009 – says in the end Emilio Bianchi – will direct a particular attention also to the environmental sustainability of mechanics, by touching on the arguments concerning the recover of "quality scraps", oils and lubricants quality used during different workings and rules to obey in the chemical processes utilized in the superficial treatments. If these distintive and qualifying inputs of the Italian manufacturing industry are properly introduced, they will be considered save factors instead costs ones.". write your comments about the article :: © 2009 Exhibition News :: home page |
