On October 13-15, 2009 a BabyTime Exhibition will be held in Heydar Aliyev Sports and Exhibition Complex for the first time in Azerbaijan. "BabyTime – The Time of Motherhood and Childhood" festival is the only international event being held in the region that is geared towards the end-users of goods and services for future parents and young families with children from zero to school age. President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev decreed that 2009 should be designated "Year of the Child" in Azerbaijan and approved an Action Plan of associated measures with this.

The aim of this decree was to strengthen state care for children, raise awareness of children's problems in the Republic of Azerbaijan among civil society structures and define the country's demographic prospects in terms of children. Among other things, the Action Plan envisages broader network of modern educational establishments, the development and improvement of the material and technical base of pre-school educational establishments to ensure they conform to modern standards and holding competitions for children to test their intellectual level. The year of a child is the beginning of a new vector in the social policy of Azerbaijan aimed at preserving and developing the future generations. In this connection, the main objective of the BabyTime festival is to propagate the project "Year of the Child" in Azerbaijan.

The exhibition of the exhibition can be thematically divided into two kinds if guided by the designation of the offered goods and services. Thus, for children, the exposition of the exhibition will present: Baby food, children's clothing and footwear, childcare products, equipment for play areas, playrooms and complexes, inflatable attractions, inflatable park amusements, pre-school facilities, child medical centres, pharmaceuticals, child tourism and family recreation, toys, strollers, child creativity goods, child literature, child cartoons, computer games, jewellery, chid accessories and jewellery, children's room interior design, children's furniture and accessories, child party arrangement, etc.

The BabyTime festival is an ideal place for promoting the brands already presented at the market of child goods and making the consumers familiar with the new brands which are just entering the Azerbaijan market. Participation in the BabyTime festival will help the companies to meet and communicate with children and their parents who are by 100% their target audience. Apart from that, BabyTime will also become a business springboard giving an opportunity to meet the leading international manufacturers and distributors of goods and services for children, as well as that to strengthen the existing business relations and establish new ones. Thus, BabyTime will help track the activity of companies working in the region and to operatively react to the situation on the market.

The 1st Baku International family festival "BABYTIME" will present the exponents a perfect opportunity to use the advertising opportunities without limiting their participation in the festival by the boundaries of their stand. Apart from participation with a stand, there will be a chance to arrange a game space or rest zone, game sessions or master-classes, and to take part in equipping of game zones for children of different ages.

BabyTime will become a real childhood holiday! The visitors of the exhibition are parents who want to give their children all the best! The organiser, the Iteca Caspian is confident that the exhibition will help make business successful and children happy!
