| World Travel Fair 2009  As the outbound travel industry's sourcing fair in China, this annual fair, co-organized by Shanghai Municipal Tourism Administrative Commission (SMTAC) and VNU Exhibitions Asia, the 2009 exhibition will be held in Shanghai, China, April 9-11, at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. After five editions, WTF has grown to be a mature business-to-business outbound travel platform for many tourism boards and travel agencies from all over the world. WTF2008 welcomed 512 exhibitors from 62 countries and regions across the globe. The 4-day event attracted over 21,000 visitors, among which 5,211 were trade visitors representing both domestic and overseas markets.
