| Passenger Shipping Expo Plans are firmly underway for Passenger Shipping Expo, the only event in Europe that is dedicated to the interiors and on-board services for the cruise and ferry industry. Running alongside the established ShipRepair & Conversion exhibition, Passenger Shipping Expo will provide experienced interior and exterior designers, contract furnishers, suppliers and consultants the opportunity to show what they can offer decision makers and buyers at the show. The three-day exhibition will provide an exclusive look at the range of the products and services that can turn a cruise or ferry crossing into an unforgettable holiday event. Supported by the industry's major bodies including the British Contract Furnishing & Design Association, the Chartered Society of Designers, the Design Association, European Cruise Council and the Passenger Shipping Association, the show will include a wealth of displays and initiatives to create the perfect blend of business and pleasure. Featuring interactive examples of the exciting developments that are transforming the cruise experience, the event will also play host to a range of networking opportunities. Just a few of the companies showcasing their latest designs and innovations at London's Olympia's National Hall, 28- 30 April 2009 include Trimline Interiors, Maritime Services Corp, SMC Design, The Silk Forest and Willow Tex. With more than 42 years experience working on prestigious interior design projects within the cruise and ferry industry, Trimline Interiors brings a wealth of knowledge to the show. SMC has extensive understanding of the maritime interior design field and combines a consistently fresh and innovative approach with the highest quality. Maritime Services Corp, a leading provider of all aspects of interior design fitouts for the marine industry has worked on a number of prestigious projects including P&O's flagships the Aurora and Aurora 2, whilst USA manufacturer of fabrics, upholstery and wall coverings, Willow Tex, will be showcasing its premium product range. The Silk Forest will also demonstrate its latest collection of artificial trees, plants, flowers and landscape props at the show.
