| TDIM 2009  On behalf of Reed Exhibitions Middle East, organizer of the TDIM (Tourism Development Projects & Investment Market) trade show in Dubai, we would like to provide an important update with regard to the 2009 edition. As you are aware, TDIM 2009 was to have taken place 8-10 February 2009, at the Dubai International Convention & Exhibition Centre (DICEC) and your company had made a booking for exhibit space at this show. We have been advised that due to unforeseen circumstances the halls and facilities at the DICEC are not available for the period scheduled for the event.Both Reed and DICEC have attempted to try and seek a solution that would meet the requirements of the expanding, successful show and simultaneously suit the existing international calendar. Unfortunately the venue has become unavailable during this period to all Trade shows. Therefore, it is with deep regret that we have had to take a decision to cancel the 2009 edition of TDIM. We appreciate that your company may have already taken steps to prepare for your proposed participation at next year's show and would like to express our sincere apologies for any inconvenience that is caused as a result of this decision.
