| Applications for Participation in “Balttour 2009” Open Active pre-arrangements and application for participation in the 16th International Travel Trade Fair 'Balttour 2009' to be held from 6 to 8 February 2009, Riga, Latvia, have already started. The exhibition offers to tourism industry professionals from Latvia, the Baltics and other countries an opportunity to meet, to establish new business contacts and to present their offers to the widest circles of audience. New at 'Balttour 2009'! Taking into consideration suggestions of our participants to make space rental and equipping it more flexible; in Clause 13 of the Contract-Application for Participation we have set apart prices of all standard equipment items (wall partitions, lighting and lettering on the cornice) from the exhibit space rental price. The participants of 'Balttour 2009' will have a possibility not only to present and promote their products and services but also to sell travels during the exhibition. Participants may apply for marketing authorisation issued by Riga City Council both collectively through the organiser and individually. SPA resorts and hotels will have a possibility to offer procedures and demonstrations since all necessary technical equipment (water supply, power, etc) will be available in exhibition booths. NB!
