The 4th China International Occupational Safety & Health Exhibition

The 4th China International Occupational Safety & Health Exhibition (COS+H 2008) will be staged in the New Hall of China National Agricultural Exhibition Center, Beijing from November 17-20, 2008. After 6-year, the event will be present with its largest scale and best quality .The exhibition area of COS+H is about 13,000 sqm exhibition area and expecting 200 renowned companies & research institutes of the world to showcase their cutting edge technologies and high-end equipment. It is promising an authoritative platform for technologies exchange, products showcase and trade cooperation within the occupational safety & health industry, as well as a professional arena for the promotion of production safety, occupational health and decent work within the whole society.

Fabulous concurrent events will be elaborately organized for our exhibition, such as experts view on policy, occupational accidents and natural disasters demonstration, special zones, comprehensive showcase of first aid facilities and technologies showcase, occupational uniform live show, technical seminars, and so on.

In recent years, China has suffered occupational accidents a lot. Therefore, related officials from every provincial Administration of Work Safety, Coal Mine Safety Supervision Organization and the central government companies, which is led by the Sate Administration of Work Safety will visit this show and participate in the 4th China International Occupational Safety Forum.

Since its foundation in 2002, China International Occupational Safety & Health Exhibition (COS+H) grows stronger and stronger, guided by the state authorties, energized by the companies and experts in this sector and concerned by all walks of the society. This show witnessed a rise in exhibition area from a mere 3, 500m2 on the first COSH+H to 11, 000m2 and the number of exhibitors doubled from 95 to 205. The exhibits contains individual protection equipments, and safety technologies & equipments concerning 20 fields, such as mining, chemical industry, transport, electric power and metallurgy. It has attracted the exhibitors from more than 20 countries and regions, such as China, America, Germany, Japan, Singapore, India, Hong Kong and Taiwan.

This event has grown into an international trade fair with the largest scale, highest level and most prominent speciality with regard to occupational safety and health in Asia-Pacific Region, attaching great importance for international exchange and the development of occupational safety and health industry.

Held concurrently with COS+H, the 4th China International Occupational Safety Forum, the most authoritative high-level forum in the field of occupational safety & health, together with other concurrent forums, seminars and conferences, is jointly organized by the Sate Administration of Work Safety and the International Labour Organization. It will focus on the hot issues of occupational safety & health domestic and abroad. By then, the senior officials from relative international organizations and administrations will present this forum and address their key note speeches, such as the International Labour Organization, the senior management from the most large-scale companies, and the experts & scholars from research institutes.

The 4th China International Occupational Safety & Health Exhibition (COS+H) is organized by the Sate Administration of Work Safety and the International Labour Organization, and undertaken by the National Center for International Exchange & Cooperation in Work Safety and Messe Düsseldorf China Ltd.
