IPM Essen 2009

The internationality of IPM ESSEN, the international trade fair for plants, technology, floriculture and sales promotion, is growing ever further. When around 1,400 exhibitors once again present the newest products and services to the trade visitors from all over the world at the 27th global fair of the green sector, IPM ESSEN, from January 29 to February 1, the proportion of foreign exhibitors will be higher than ever before. IPM ESSEN can report the best booking level since its creation; above all, the international presentations are recording rises. Japan as well as cooperative participations from England, France, Belgium and Hungary will have greater space requirements because of the increased number of participants. A cooperative booth from Taiwan will be new.

Second Edition of the IPM Innovation Showcase

At the last IPM ESSEN, the Innovation Showcase which ZVG (the "Central Horticultural Association") and Messe Essen staged for the first time met with an excellent response. The continuation of this successful format is under preparation. Inquiries have already been received from a large number of companies.

Ministry of Economic Affairs Promotes Young Innovative Companies at IPM

Word of the great success of the cooperative booth for young innovative companies which is promoted by the Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs has spread even further. IPM has once again been included in the promotion programme for the participation of these companies in leading international fairs in Germany; because of the increased number of participants, the booth area will be enlarged.
