| Cinte Techtextil China 2008 Cinte Techtextil China, a unique biennial show for technical textiles and nonwovens, will run 20 - 22 October 2008 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. Nearly 300 supplies from China and around the world will attend in 11,500 sqm of trade space. The show, part of the Techtextil Brand, will feature products in 12 application areas: Agrotech, Buildtech, Clothtech, Geotech, Hometech, Indutech, Medtech, Mobiltech, Oekotech, Packtech, Protech and Sporttech. Visitors can also attend industry seminars and see a range of new products and research and development. Suppliers from several countries will form special pavilions including from Belgium, France, Germany and Italy. The Belgian Pavilion is organised by Fedustria (Federation of the Belgium Textile, Wood and Furniture Industries), and includes makers of PP fibre, metal fibres and personal protective equipment. The French Pavilion, organised by UBI France, will feature speciality ropes, fire-resistant textiles, nonwoven surface inspection systems, thermo adhesives and textile machinery. The German Pavilion is organised by the Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology; the Association of the German Trade Fair Industry (AUMA) and supported by the Confederation of the German Textile and Fashion Industry (Eschborn) and will feature nearly 30 exhibitors and products such as wetlaid technology, winders, non-woven machinery, technical yarns, specialised needles, joining materials and textile machinery. And the Italian Pavilion, organised by the Italian Trade Commission (I.C.E.), will feature products such as coating and laminating equipment.
