| Tube Trade Fair In Brazil To Be Held In 2009 TUBOTECH, 5th International Tube, Fittings and Components Trade Fair, will be staged at the Centro de Exposicoes Imigrantes in São Paulo, Brazil, from October 6 - 8 2009. The event will be jointly organized by Messe Düsseldorf and Grupo Cipa, with the support of the International Tube Association. Messe Düsseldorf is renowned as the organizer of Tube, the No. 1 international tube and pipe trade fair held every two years in Düsseldorf, Germany. TUBOTECH is the leading trade fair for this industry in the Mercosur region and the ideal platform to reach the Brazilian and South American markets. Exhibit categories will include raw materials, tubes and accessories, tube manufacturing machinery, used machinery, process technology tools and auxiliaries as well as measuring and control technology and products and services for test engineering. For the second time, TUBOTECH 2009 will feature a special section for valves (EXPOVÁLVULAS) and pumps (EXPOBOMBAS). TUBOTECH 2009 will again be held in conjunction with the METALTECH 2009 trade fair, offering visitors a comprehensive overview of innovations and technologies in the fields of metalworking and processing. The visitors at TUBOTECH will come from the following sectors: foundry machinery, metallurgical plants and rolling mills, raw materials, semi-finished products, electrical engineering and furnace technology as well as iron, steel and non-ferrous industry, chemical industry and research. When TUBOTECH was last held in 2007, 308 exhibitors (50% increase compared to the 2005 event) from 15 countries and 12, 000 visitors took part.
