| COSH2008 Boosts Splendid Concurrent Activities COS+H 2008, organized by the State Administration of Work Safety (SAWS) and hosted by the National Center for International Exchange & Cooperation in Work Safety and Messe Düsseldorf China Ltd, has been successfully launched for three editions since 2002. The 3rd edition witnessed a rise in the exhibition area to 11,000 sqm from merely 3,500 sqm on the first one and the number of exhibitors over doubled that for the initial edition of 95 to 205. The exhibits covers individual protection equipments, and safety technologies & equipments concerning 20 fields, such as mining, chemical industry, transport, electric power and metallurgy. Meanwhile, the organizers have prepared diversified concurrent events to enrich your sourcing trip. The 4th China International Safety Work Forum & COS+H (2008) are co-hosted by the State Administration of Work Safety and the International Labor Organization. Since 2002, China International Safety Work Forum has been successfully launched for four times, which arouses a great attention and support from all circles in China and other countries. The forum becomes one of the most important international events for the work safety field. During the event, the organizer will invite experts to communicate with visitors and exhibitors, to discuss the hot topic in the field. The theme of this forum is "Happy Life, Safe Work". With its authoritative industry background, the organizing committee will prepare 3 policy popularizing meetings during the exhibition to provide directive references for the visitors and exhibitors. The State Administration of Work Safety will issue the governmental document in Oct. 2008, and will invite the provincial safety supervision bureau as well as coal mine safety supervision bureau, public service organizations directly under the State Administration of Work Safety, scientific research centers, state-owned enterprises and other related units to take part in the forum and exhibition and to learn the related policies. Themed as "Happy Life, Safe Work", the 4th China International Occupational Safety & Health Exhibition will also prepare various impressive concurrent events to attract more visitors to join in. Monitoring and detection products demonstration zone: Special metal-like enclosure space for monitoring products is prepared to demonstrate the monitoring procedure particularly. Funny fashion show zone: Different from the traditional fashion show, with humorous professional environment and product introduction voice-over, this show is a combination of demonstration and entertainment. Night safety zone: A special dark space is simulated to demonstrate the perfect glistening effect of the safety products, which can provide the safest protection for the workers working at night. They are the "Life Patron Saint" in the darkness. Let them shining in the dark. This fair has attached great importance to visitors promotion. The organizers have worked out a visitor promotion plan to facilitate customized service schemes and favorable programs to purchaser groups in accordance with the organizing regulations applied for international exhibitions.
