| Second Australian Events Expo As the second Australian Events Expo approaches, organisers for the show are committed to making this year's show bigger and better than in 2007 by hosting more exhibitors from more destinations throughout Australia and New Zealand and by presenting more options on offer for every event, all under the one roof. As well as more to see on the exhibition floor, visitors can also expect to see more inclusions on all the stages, especially on our Showtime Stage. The Showtime Stage is set to impress with over 40 different acts booked to perform a variety of entertaining ideas on both show days; Wednesday 21 and Thursday 22 May 2008 at the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre. On Wednesday 21 May 2008, the Showtime Stage will be run by Australia's only Turkish comedian, Tahir Bilgic. Tahir will be our emcee for the day to guide us through what is in store for the day. On Wednesday, some of the unique acts you will experience will be Spirit of the Islands, a dance troupe specialising in performance from the South Pacific; Kath and Kim, impersonating those infamous ladies from Fountain Gate; the Robbee Williams Show complete with a 7 piece band, vocalists and dancers and Hells Bar, a memorable collection of routines including a double razor blade eating routine. Then on Thursday 22 May, see the talented and indigenous Australian Didge & Dance; The Snowy River Band with their upbeat performance of Aussie fun; comic magician, Adrian Dean and enjoy ABBA's Back, Australia's new No.1 ALL ABBA tribute show to name but a few. With so many remarkable acts all under the one roof, The Showtime Stage is just another of the many reasons that AEE is proving itself as a not-to-be-missed show to attend in 2008 if you organise business events anywhere within Australia and New Zealand. write your comments about the article :: © 2008 Exhibition News :: home page |
