The Living With Diabetes Expo

The Living with Diabetes Expo is Australias only public exhibition that focuses on providing answers and advice to people living with diabetes and their families to help improve their health and lifestyle. At the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre on July 5 & 6 2008, the expo focuses on decoding the mystery that is Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes by presenting the latest information, research and scientific findings from Australia and all over the world. With no known cure for diabetes, the Living with Diabetes Expo aims to increase awareness levels and provide a hands-on environment where you can discover the latest in management techniques, products and services.

Exhibitors who will be showcasing products and innovations developed especially for people living with diabetes include one of the world s leading research-based Healthcare companies, Roche; Australasian Medical & Scientific who will display the Animas Insulin Infusion 2020 Pump; Former Brisbane Bronco, Steve Renouf s Diabete-Ezy; and the world's largest food and beverage company, Nestle who will be presenting low GI and gluten free products.

You will be able to attend a variety of FREE educational workshops and seminars conducted by qualified health industry experts. Full of insightful information, these educational workshops and seminars will tackle all of your diabetes-related questions.
