"With the ongoing boom in the property and real estate sector in the region, IPE is aptly positioned to bring to the forefront developments in Oman's real estate market and provide a store house of information for prospective buyers and sellers. The event would be a thriving business hub for exhibitors to capitalise on the heightened demand for real estate in the Sultanate, showcase latest projects, interact with decision makers and tap into a booming and volatile market", said Mr. Ammar Ahmed Sales Executive – Exhibitions at OITE.

The event would be a platform for exhibitors to educate, inspire, advise and showcase projects and services on all aspects of property development and investment both locally and globally. Exhibitors' will include commercial, industrial and residential property developers, waterfront and luxury projects, real estate agents and brokers, architectural and interior design services providers and more.

Mr. Najib Al Marhoon, Head-MARCOM, OITE, says "Oman has become one of GCC's most attractive spots for real estate investments at both, the individual and company level. The country is one of the few GCC states that provides attractive incentives for property investments with low cost properties set in attractive landscapes".
