| Luxury & Yachts - 6th International Luxury Exhibition Living well is an art. Luxury is being aware that we are the artists. This is what the French philosopher Thierry Paquot, who is a well-known luxury expert and connoisseur, affirms. This thought is also shared by Luciano Coin, versatile entrepreneur from Vicenza, who conceived and created the first luxury show in the world at a time when the exhibition sector 'suffered' due to the lack of a new, exclusive show, different from the others. LUXURY & YACHTS, organised by Optimist in Vicenza (whose Sole Director is Luciano Coin), after five years of flattering successes (2003-2007, more than 300 the exhibitors who participated to the last edition in Verona last February), changes and renovates the location and the date of the sixth even more exclusive edition. The new location, FIERA DI VICENZA, has been chosen to consolidate both the image and the contents of an exhibition, which aims at ambitious 'goals' abroad in a short time. LUXURY & YACHTS takes place (36, 000 gross sq.m.) on 7-8-9 and 14-15-16 March 2008 and will be characterised by refined and exclusive fittings taking inspiration from Palladio. As in the past years the interior and exterior architecture has been assigned to the Arch. Carla Baratelli. The palladian inspiration was strongly supported by Luciano Coin even to pay homage in the best way possible to the 500th birth anniversary of the famous architect from Veneto, which will occur in 2008. During the whole year the city of Vicenza will be the centre of relevant events organised for such an important anniversary. In a territory like Veneto, able to recognise the value of the productive excellence of the 'Best in Italy', a sector creating hundreds of thousands workplaces, you can admire and buy on elegant and refined catwalks: cars, boats, air planes, watches, jewels, rifles, antique trade, modern and contemporary art, interior and exterior design, pieces of furniture, high technology, clothing, shoes, leather items, wellness equipment, sumptuous journeys, exclusive properties, valuable publishing, enogastronomy etc….
