A4uexpo

The inaugural a4uexpo event is being heralded as such a resounding success, that the organisers are already in discussions about taking the event into mainland Europe as well as back to ExCeL in Autumn 2008. The UK's very own industry specific Conference, Exhibition and Awards was held last week in London and featured a high level of quality speakers, interactive sessions and thought-provoking panel groups. Co-ordinated by affiliates4u, founders of the widely-respected affiliates4u.com forum, the UK's No.1 portal for Affiliate Marketing, the two-day event brought together everyone working within the dynamic online marketing channel and provided the perfect blend of business-dealing, networking, celebration and fun.

Matthew Wood, organiser of a4uexpo and founder of affiliates4u, says: "This year's inaugural event has proved itself to be a worthy addition to the online events diary. We were delighted with how the show came together and I would like to thank our six key sponsors in supporting us in successfully delivering this key event for the Affiliate Marketing sector."

"I'd also like to thank all of the 40 exhibitors who made up such a useful mix of suppliers for our delegates. Together they played a key part in the high level of business conversation and dealings that took place over the two days."

In addition to the full conference programme, which included the highly-respected SES Conference on the second day, the a4uexpo also launched the UK's first-ever Affiliate Marketing awards which gave all of the delegates, sponsors and exhibitors the chance to mingle whilst celebrating the very best Affiliates, Merchants, Agencies, Networks, Suppliers and most importantly, the innovation currently found in the sector at present."

Matthew concludes: "a4uexpo set out to be a platform to inform, educate and inspire. Our aim was to provide the industry with its very own event, hence the tagline 'It's your industry, get involved!' and we wanted to achieve a visionary and inspirational ambience with structured and informal networking, business dealing and fun. But most importantly, we hoped that this event would act to raise the profile of Affiliate Marketing in general. I think from the response to the show so far, we've managed to put a tick in the box against all of these aims!"
