Ranging from such "green" solutions as Greenspeak: Understanding the Language and Concepts to Going Green and the Plan and Spec Representative, more than a dozen leading associations will offer educational sessions for every segment of the industry.

A total of 32 free educational sessions will be presented by such endorsing associations as AMCA, MCAA, SPIDA, GWAC, CTI, ABMA, NEBB, GAMA, ZigBee, LonMark, HARDI, and NAFA. These free seminars cover a wide array of topics, ranging from The Role of Controls in Green and Sustainable Buildings and Intelligent Buildings- Delivering Sustainability to Global Warming and GridWise.

Also debuting at the New York Show is the AHR Expo Plumbing and Hydronics Symposium-PM Live. This event will feature four well-known industry experts in two separate seminars designed to help plumbing and heating contractors enhance their business operations. Industry authorities Al Levi and Ellen Rohr will help contractors discover "success with less stress" in an insightful hands-on seminar. The second seminar will feature Dan Holohan and John Siegenthaler providing insights on the capabilities of modern hydronic products.
