New Lines, New Designs, New Introductions at The Apparel Market

The new year brings more innovation, more product and more resources for retailers shopping the Atlanta Apparel market, January 26-29, 2008. Retailers will discover 13 floors of unparalleled product throughout 15 categories: AmericasMart PREMIERE, AmericasMart a1pha, NY/LA Co-Ops, Ready-to-Wear, Young Contemporary, Shoes/Accessories, Fashion Jewelry, AmericasMart's Children's WorldSM, Tweens, Classic Men's, Pageant, Quinceañera, Social Occasion and Fire & Flash.

New this Market, AmericasMart showcases its "New Artist" category—featuring emerging accessory designers making their debut—collectively in one location on the 4th floor. Additionally, Pageant takes center stage, with designers Tony Bowls, Sherri Hill and Jonathan Kayne onsite for meet-and-greets and interviews. Quinceañera will also be highlighted more. The Saturday evening Style Runway Fashion Show will feature Pageant and Quinceañera, as well as summer trends in Ready-to-Wear and Accessories.

Continuing its momentum as an established part of Atlanta Apparel, Fire & Flash takes place again in January. The international jewelry showcase encompasses two entire floors—permanents on 6 and temporary booths on 5—of 10k & 14k gold jewelry, silver, platinum, diamonds, precious stones, Swiss watches, custom designs and other high-end fashion jewelry.

The AmericasMart's Children's WorldSM temporary booths will permanently move to Floor 3 starting this Market, enabling product growth in children's apparel and accessories, juvenile product, gifts, toys, home furnishings and more. Permanent kid's showrooms will continue expanding to Floor 14 for a total of three floors exclusively dedicated to children's product.
