| GS1 Germany To Present "Frid Expo" At Euroshop-2008 Together with partners from retail and industry, GS1 Germany will showcase actual technical applications for retailers within the "RFID Expo" special presentation in Hall 6 at EuroShop 2008, The Global Retail Trade Fair. EuroShop will take place from February 23 – 27 at the fairgrounds in Düsseldorf, Germany. The GS1 Germany joint presentation at EuroShop will spotlight cutting-edge EPC/RFID technologies for the efficient management of sales areas and optimization of retail industry logistics processes. In addition, an EPC/RFID-controlled store system will be introduced that operates without the need for shop assistants. GS1 Germany is the service and competence center for cross-company business processes in the German consumer goods industry.
