| International Trade Fair For Precision Mechanics And Ultra-Precision MiNaT, the international trade fair for precision mechanics and ultra-precision, micro- and nanotechnologies, will not take place in June 2008 as originally planned but will instead run from 7 to 9 October 2008 in Stuttgart at the same time as SEMICON Europa. This decision was made by the advisory board of exhibitors. "The exhibitors expect synergies to result from the fact that the two trade fairs are to be held simultaneously. The visitors can get a closer look at the latest micro mechanics and the corresponding components here better than anywhere else", assures Lothar Kugler, Chairman of the MiNaT trade fair advisory board and Managing Director of Kugler GmbH in Salem. With the successful start of MiNaT in June 2007, exhibitors displayed machines, products, systems and components from the areas of micro- and nanotechnology, precision engineering, ultra-precision processing, as well as testing machines and measuring systems. Also exhibited were software, raw materials, materials, semi-finished products and services, all of which have also been included in MiNaT 2008. A new addition to the programme is the 'MiNaT Hot Spots', a series of talks for industry and science where dialogue between manufacturers and consumers is to be further intensified. VDMA Micro Technology is responsible for the technical organisation and also a MiNaT sponsor. write your comments about the article :: © 2007 Exhibition News :: home page |
