| Tea & Coffee World Cup  The anticipation increases as the Tea & Coffee World Cup/AMERICAS quickly approaches. Tea & Coffee World Cup/AMERICAS to be held January 9-11, 2008 at Miami Beach Convention Center. The city of Miami and Miami Beach is getting ready to welcome both visitors and exhibitors from around the world with its beautiful climate, cultural exposure and unique activities and attractions. Those who attend Tea & Coffee World Cup/AMERICAS (TCWC) will see first hand new trends, tastes and technology through the exhibition, educated by the symposiums and entertained by all that Miami has to offer.The Tea Symposium will focus on various status reports of tea origins from Kenya, India, Nepal and China. We will also feature the always popular "tea and health" with Jospeph Simrany from the Tea Council of the U.S. as well as ready-to-drink trends and a look into Tea Salons across America, to name a few. Special events will also be offered throughout the three-day exhibition and conference, involving both tea and coffee related topics and featuring speakers from both industries. Covering the tea sector will be workshops on tea tasting and blending, hosted by Pearl Dexter as well as Florapharm's tisane blending and tasting. The coffee workshops will span the spectrum; from the entertaining Ultimate Barista Challenge, to the informative Seattle Barista Academy courses.
