| Tea & Coffee World Cup ![]() The Tea Symposium will focus on various status reports of tea origins from Kenya, India, Nepal and China. We will also feature the always popular "tea and health" with Jospeph Simrany from the Tea Council of the U.S. as well as ready-to-drink trends and a look into Tea Salons across America, to name a few. Special events will also be offered throughout the three-day exhibition and conference, involving both tea and coffee related topics and featuring speakers from both industries. Covering the tea sector will be workshops on tea tasting and blending, hosted by Pearl Dexter as well as Florapharm's tisane blending and tasting. The coffee workshops will span the spectrum; from the entertaining Ultimate Barista Challenge, to the informative Seattle Barista Academy courses.
