| CholodExpo: Sporting Touch For The Russian Refrigeration Market The CholodExpo Rossija exhibition concentrates on refrigeration applications and the relevant components and systems. The Moscow exhibition offers access to the booming Russian market from 2008 onwards. The lively building activities ensure a big demand for refrigeration, insulation and heat pumps. One key aspect of the new plans concerns nationwide sport projects, which are also boosted by the successful bid to host the 2014 Olympic Winter Games in the Black Sea spa Sotschi. The first CholodExpo Rossija takes place in the modern Crocus Expo Center in Moscow in 2008. NürnbergMesse as promoter and its subsidiary Nürnberg Global Fairs are supported by Giproholod, the noted Russian project institute for refrigeration technologies. The Russians were over the moon in summer this year, when the Russian town of Sotschi, a Black Sea spa with 330,000 inhabitants, was appointed to organize the 2014 Olympic Winter Games. Sotschi had the biggest budget of all the cities bidding – all sports facilities and the infrastructure must first be built. CholodExpo Rossija starting in February 2008 is the right platform for companies in this industry. The international exhibition is intended for manufacturers and producers in the following segments: refrigeration components and systems, cooling and freezing equipment, insulation, heat pumps, control & instrumentation, automation systems, energy-efficient solutions, installation material and accessories for refrigeration and air conditioning equipment, plus the relevant services. Giproholod, the well-known Russian project institute for refrigeration technologies, is cooperating closely with the NürnbergMesse team and is also a partner for the accompanying three-day conference. The advisory board includes scientists from the universities in Moscow and St. Petersburg and directors of relevant research institutes. The conference at CholodExpo Rossija is also partly concerned with sport – the agenda includes international standards for the construction of ice arenas and the evaluation criteria for the design and operation of sports facilities. The conference also focuses on industrial refrigeration systems and standard commercial and industrial refrigeration for transport goods. Other key segments are the industrial security of refrigeration systems, the environmental safety of refrigerating units and energy-saving technologies for refrigeration equipment, plus the latest physics research findings and the maintenance of quality standards in the supply chains. write your comments about the article :: © 2007 Exhibition News :: home page |
