| Travel Turkey Tourism Fair and Conference Turkey's tourism and Izmir gain a new fair; "Travel Turkey Izmir", which will take place for the first time from 13 to 16 December, 2007, is planned to be realized at the International Exhibition Area of Izmir. Preparations of the fair, planned to be organized under the sponsorship of TÜRSAB by IZFAS and the name of "Izmir Turizm Fuarı" have been accelerated upon move of the "TRAVEL TURKEY" to Izmir. Initially, the show took place in Istanbul by the support of the German fair company Hannover Messe International Istanbul. With along term cooperation protocol signed by IZFAS, TÜRSAB and Hannover Messe International Istanbul, the name of the fair has been changed to TRAVEL TURKEY IZMIR. The subject of this first fair will be "Culture Tourism". Syria, Jordanian, Iran, Egypt, Tunisia, Morocco, Bulgaria, Greece, Herzegovina, Romania, Taiwan, Azerbaijan are expected to participate in the fair and this year's partner country will be Greece.
