| The 3rd International Exhibition Environment and Energy-2007 The International Exhibition Company BT 1, in collaboration with the Ministry for Environment of the Republic of Latvia, Baltic Environmental Forum, Investment and Development Agency of Latvia, and Sustainable Energy Europe, organises the 3rd international exhibition on energetics and environmentally friendly energy systems and technologies – Environment and Energy 2007. It will be held in the International Exhibition Centre in Kipsala on 22 – 24 November. The exhibition Environment and Energy 2007 is the place to find practical solutions and draw ideas from other people's experience. The fair trade features more than 70 companies from Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, the Czech Republic, Sweden, Finland, Germany, Italy, Russia and Canada. The topics of the exhibition are: renewable energy resources, electricity generation, cogeneration, heat and gas supply, ventilation systems and equipment, water supply and sewerage, waste collection and regeneration. During the exhibition, an international conference 'The EU Climate Change And Energy Policies – Synergies And Implications To The National Economy' will be held. It will take place on 22 November in the Islande Hotel and on 23 November in the International Exhibition Centre in Kipsala. The conference will feature speakers from Latvian and foreign companies, municipalities and state institutions. The event will consist of two parts: informative seminar and matching event. The seminar will feature Latvian, Lithuanian and Estonian environment experts presenting reports on waste management development in the Baltic States. Whereas companies from other European countries will present the latest waste management technologies to Baltic companies.
