With an additional hall, a huge expansion of the exhibition area by more than 50 percent to 35, 000 m², and an almost 40 percent increase in the number of exhibitors to around 300, the next aquanale - International Trade Fair for Sauna, Pool, Ambience (Cologne, October 31 to November 3, 2007) is set to continue its dramatic success story following its outstanding start in 2003 and 2005. Exhibitors, trade visitors and journalists will also benefit from the many valuable synergy effects between aquanale and the other two events in the Cologne trade fair trio: FSB - International Trade Fair for Amenity Areas, Sports and Pool Facilities, and SOLARIA - International Trade Fair for Tanning Products and Equipment.

The three fairs overlap and are located in neighboring halls. The list of exhibitors at aquanale includes many leading names. Together they will cover the entire spectrum from prefabricated swimming pools and whirlpools/spas to sauna facilities, steam baths, and fittings and equipment for domestic and commercial swimming pool and wellness areas.

Various new trends await the international trade visitors, who will be coming from countries including Italy, Spain, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, Switzerland and Scandinavia. The number of visitors from Eastern Europe is increasing especially rapidly.

Demand there for sauna and wellness trends is very strong, which means that leading visitor groups from eastern Europe and Russia announced early on that they would be attending the upcoming fair. Studies reveal that more and more homeowners in Germany are looking for all-encompassing solutions for inside their own four walls.

Launched in 2005, the Cologne Swimming Pool and Wellness Forum was designed to become an appealing, integral part of aquanale from the start. Once again in 2007, the themes of water, heat and light will be addressed at the forum's workshops and conference events. As these three areas are also relevant to the exhibitors and visitors at the parallel FSB - International Trade Fair for Amenity Areas, Sports and Pool Facilities and SOLARIA -International Trade Fair for Tanning Products and Equipment, unique synergy effects will be generated here as well.
