| The Healthcare Trade Fair On 10-12 October 2007 the healthcare trade fair in the North-West of Russia - Hospital - will take place already for the 12th time in St. Petersburg in the exhibition centre Lenexpo. The pharmacy exhibition Pharmacy St. Petersburg as well as the aesthetic medicine exhibition Aestheticmed will be held simultaneously. The market for cosmetics and healthcare products is one of the markets with the highest growth rates in Russia. Promoting cooperation and establishment of contacts in the field of medicine between the Russian and international community, the exhibition enjoys a priority status of the St. Petersburg city Administration and is officially supported by the St. Petersburg Government Healthcare Committee. At Hospital 2006, 227 companies were presented which were manufacturers and major suppliers of medicinal products and equipment from 11 countries worldwide. The exhibition used 3, 420 square metres, and about 12, 000 trade visitors came to St. Petersburg over four days.
